About the project

This logistics and production hall for the ventilation systems producer Gutmann with a total area of 12.500 sq metres, comprises of a storage and a production hall and an adjacent office building. For the bearing structure of the roof, a system of laminated beams was used. The building holds a golden DGNB award.
